Our staff will always help passengers with reduced mobility in getting into and out of the bus. In long-distance transport, our drivers will stow the passengers’ luggage in the luggage compartment and help passengers who need personal assistance along the way.
Unfortunately we cannot take on passengers using a wheelchair in our long-distance coaches, because these do not have a wheelchair lift. Our company has a few coaches fitted with a wheelchair lift. These can be pre-booked and placed on an agreed service if available.
Minibuses equipped with disability aids are in use in local transport. Low-floor buses, which can also be accessed by a wheelchair and pram, are mainly used in urban transport.
We assist passengers with reduced mobility or disabilities in accordance with EU Regulation No 181/2011. In addition to what the regulation requires, we assist passengers irrespective of the length of the bus trip.
Welcome on board!
